Great shipping and customer service. Know that there are additional fees on top of tax
The quick turnaround shipping was impressive. Comfort in purchasing with bezel certification. The annoying parts has to be the purchasing part, I wish there was a credit card or debit option without the additional fee as getting the bank wire is difficult nowadays because of all the scam prevention with banks that are very aggravating. Additional fees that weren’t necessarily disclosed before bidding also disappointing. Customer service communication was great. Overall will purchase again, just more cautious with the addtl fees.

Bezel is a great site for watches
Bezel is a great site for watches. I purchased a watch and they held it a few months as I put it in auction again. Then it was sent to me in perfect condition and packaged.

The ability to talk to real person was…
The ability to talk to real person was paramount, being a first time Bezel buyer I had questions. They were answered promptly. Any misconceptions were clarified. The whole experience took about a week to get my selection inspected & shipped to me as described. Im already eyeing another timepiece on Bezel.

It is very hard to get someone to speak…
It is very hard to get someone to speak with. David Rubin only corresponded through email and I had many questions that went unanswered. We would not have selelcted the watch we purchased knowing the watchband was not what we were looking for. Carlos was great in getting back to me on the authentication timeline.

Small problem, big response - from the CEO
I had an issue with a seller. I complained, not thinking I'd hear back. Next thing I knew one of Bezel's founders was kindly and helpfully engaged not just in resolving my issue but was personally searching with his team for just what I wanted. Made a fuss, found a friend and ally in the watch world. These guys care! I've no doubt I'll be buying several watches from them over time now. Thank you!

Bezel has been fabulous to deal with on multiple Watch purchases. Mostly, I like using Bezel for the peace of mind. It gives me that every watch will be verified as Authentic.

The company
The company, Jack, reached out after my purchase to answer any questions I might have had about the watch and with the process of getting the watch to me. There was a few “problems” but he was able to answer all the questions I had and was very reassuring. The best experience of buying a watch online I have ever had. Thank you to Jack and the rest of the team.

Great experience
From start to finish the process to obtain my new watch was fantastic. Bezel made sure that everything went according to plan. When I e-mailed a couple of questions the concierge team reached out with a phone call-much appreciated-rather than continue a text or email stream. I am looking for another watch for my son and will definately use Bezel again!
