This company is absolutely fantastic
This company is absolutely fantastic. Their customer service is unlike any company I've worked with. They have great communication, are incredibly accommodating, and their products are stunning! We are so pleased with our engagement ring and band. I have already hinted to my husband that I would love another piece of jewelry from Best Brilliance!

Customer Service - Exceptional I can't thank Paul enough for helping with an order. The process is seamless. When I received the original ring it was slightly too big. I was able to send back and I got the ring just as I wanted it and it was professionally cleaned and polished. They remained in contact throughout providing clear instructions, timelines and updates. I cant recommend them enough. My ring is truly beautiful, the quality far exceeds my exceptions. Thanks Paul, Mary & Team!

Great quality, can definitely recommend
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. Pros: The ring is beautiful, with excellent craftsmanship and a brilliant-looking stone. Customer service was responsive, helpful, and supportive whenever I had questions or concerns. Based on the quality of the ring and the service alone, I would have happily given 5 stars. Cons: The delivery process could be improved. The ring arrived approximately one week earlier than expected, seemingly without coordination between the seller and FedEx. I only became aware of the shipment when FedEx contacted me regarding import duties, which had not been clearly mentioned during the ordering process. Despite my attempt to reschedule the delivery, the package was ultimately left with a neighbour. Ironically, the early delivery worked out in the end, as it gave us enough time to arrange a resize before our anniversary. So while the delivery experience was frustrating, the final outcome was actually beneficial. Overall, I would recommend the company based on the quality of the product and the excellent customer service, but I believe the shipping and delivery communication could be improved.

My ring is so gorgeous and perfect! My first ever time buying diamond I was so scared. All of my worries were for nothing though! Buying online from Best Brilliance was the best choice I could have made. The lab diamond was affordable and is beyond stunning. I even went with a heart shape which I was nervous how that would turn out. It looks amazing! Not tacky, not fake. Classic, classy, and shines like a million dollars. I totally recommend.

Great customer service
Man, where do I start! First off big ups on the marketing. At first, I thought it all was sketchy due to the prices. However, I found something I like at a dope price for 2. I had an issue with size and engraving. Best brilliance customer is top notch! They were on top of me, kept track of when I got engaged. Reached out and made sure the ring was delivered to and visa versa. No complaints! My wife get compliments very often about her ring.

I had an amazing experience working with this company and Julieanne for my engagement ring. From the very beginning, the entire team was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive throughout the process. I had several requests for modifications and custom details, and they went above and beyond to accommodate everything I wanted. They took the time to listen to my vision, answer all of my questions, and make sure every detail was exactly right. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Most importantly, the final ring is absolutely gorgeous, it’s even more beautiful than I imagined. The craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail are outstanding. Purchased a new wedding ring
Purchased a new wedding ring for my wife for 20th Anniversary. Customer Service was excellent. No direct phone number to call, but very responsive to emails. I do not know much about jewelry so advise from the consultant here was very helpful. Quality: Wife is thrilled with her "trophy". I felt lab made diamonds were likely a good bet, and I was right. Super sparkle and clarity. I think the price was fair market value after checking around. Timing: The rings had to be made to correct size, so it took a few weeks. Communication was excellent as I was emailed progress along the way. Product arrived in really excellent packaging and ring boxes. I am thrilled with the results of this exchange.

Incredible engagement ring buying experience
Lisa was incredible! Super patient and helped every step of the way from modifications to personalization. She was super responsive and there was never a lapse in communication. Making an investment online was scary for this kind of purchase, but I can assure you that not only was the experience top notch, but the quality of the ring was outstanding. I would trust them again and again. Thank you for making my dream ring possible for my future wife. Appreciate all of the help Lisa. 6/5 stars if I could!!
