Courteous helpful communication. Perhaps James did not need to tell us of other service Bespoke provide as it was only Solar we were interested in. The team that did the installation were on time, worked conscientiously and carefully and completed the job with no real disruption to ur life.

Efficient installation. It took a while to process the SEG paperwork but that was a provider problem not Bespoke.

Just had solar panels and a battery fitted. Very pleased with the service from initial contact through to after sales service. The sales team explained well and the fitting team were very friendly and efficient on the day, all done in under three hours. Questions were answered quickly both before and after fitting and all seems to be working well. Would recommend to others.

After the installation we discovered that we needed a smart meter and the guy who fitted the meter managed to disconnect the panels. I rang bespoke and lindsey contacted the electrician who thankfully came out and sorted the installation. The meter man had broken a switch and put a clamp in the wrong place which would have cost us a lot of money. Thankfully the electrician put all this right in minutes and the system is up and running again. Thank you very much bespoke. Great service.

Very helpful people James took me thought the process in depth and explain it all very well Lyndsey contact me and kept in touch fitters which quick and clean overall a easy and helpful service I am very happy with the results

The installation went quickly and smoothly, all internal electrics were fitted with minimal disruption and neatly. Happy with whole process.

Liked - nearly everything about them. No hard sell, everything explained from start to finish. Installation time was exceptionally quick WHEN they could be bothered to turn up. Four set dates were not met and we found it very frustrating. The lady we dealt with was an absolute god send. She was always calling apologising for changing dates. She was a shining star Lyndsey, so helpful to the very end making sure we were selling our excess power. The installation team make her job so difficult when in reality it should be seamless. One example...they told me it was a 3 man job, 1 x roofer, 1 x electrician, 1 x labourer. Dont turn up with 2 people and say we cant do all of it. If thats the case dont bother turning up.The letter was already drafted telling them to come and remove the few items what they had put in before walking off site again. If they didnt finish the day they did it would have been bye bye time.

Good friendly service. They come when they say and have a good help desk. Record the sales pitch from James as the info comes thick and fast.

We have recently had Solar panels installed by Bespoke solutions, from first contact to finish the process has been faultless, Award Scaffold were on time quick in and away, Chris and the team efficient, friendly and informative and Lyndsey kept us informed every step of the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bespoke, a first class company.

The installation of our solar panels by Bespoke was fast and efficient with no mess. I am really pleased by the amount we are saving on our energy bills. I would recommend anyone to have solar panels installed by Bespoke.

In all the dealings I have had with Bespoke Solutions, I have found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. From my first enquiry with Lyndsey in the office to Chris carrying out a site visit and the final installation. They kept me in the loop as to what was happening and time scales all the way through. The job was done with very little disruption and everything was left clean and tidy after the job was completed. After the installation they were more than happy to help explain the APP to see what electricity was being generated and used. I would highly recommend Bespoke Solutions to anyone looking to have Solar Panels fitted.

I have used Bespoke twice previously to lay resin at the front and rear of my property. The team were friendly and hardworking. Brilliant job. So when I decided to have my Orangery insulated I called on Bespoke again. All done in one day by Shaun and David, lovely guys. Absolutely delighted
