Best Customer Service and Products Yet
Hayden has been one of the best customer service agents I have ever worked with. He was willing to do what ever it took to resolve the issues I was having and strived to do whatever he could to make my experience with Belle amazing! He spend 45 minutes with me insuring that everything was taken care, was very professional and knowledgeable. From the beginning of my experience with Belle, everyone has been so helpful and very responsive to answering questions and concerns in a prompt manner. The process of getting approved and ordering was simple and easy, The delivery was within 2 days of approval! The initial product I ordered was of exceptional quality and came very professionally packaged, it was kept cold and in a secure package. I will definitely continue to use Belle for my GLP products! Good communication but still don't see results
I appreciate the staff so much for putting up with my questions and fear of ordering online. The staff truly put me at ease. I have yet to see real results or lose weight, however. I wish the food noise would go away.

I hug ave had. O problems with medication. The one time I did contact Belle was over a weekend and they responded that someone would contact me on Monday and they did!

Very horrible company I had to go to er…
Very horrible company I had to go to er I got extremely sick and ill. Not a good place I tried reaching out saying I need to speak to provider took two days the doctor. The owner finally reached out gave me a response from the dr instead of me talking to dr. They blamed it on past not answering calls. It’s wasn’t my fault I had bad cell service before. I had every intention to talk to dr. Support said they was out for the day wouldn’t even give me a chance so I cancelled. I had to go to emergency room er dr said I should have had guidance I said I did not. My family dr doesn’t believe in compound and wanted nothing to do with it cause of her license. I am very ill today and home no one there followed up or even cares. I took vials to ER they was cloudy and ran out next month on 8 /2 /2026 and was sent to Me on 6/23/2026 They called today to make their selves look good 7/29 said they no longer wanted me as a paitent they made a big deal of me to talk to them owner did and I did they said nothing they could do no recommendations no other options said just basically go on a diet and exercise with out meds. They could care less

I cannot tell anything with the MICB12 injections. Update 07/29/2026: Although MICB12 did not help me. Belle did make the transaction right. They gave a refund and canceled my subscription. Again, MICB12 will not work for everyone but at least Belle acknowledged that and refunded the purchase.

I have always been hesitant when it comes to compound. I have been with Lilly Direct paying out of pocket for 21/2 years. After listening to a live Dr Taylor had with Brittany Rose on YouTube, I decided to give Belle a try. The out pouring of attentive customer service has truly blown my mind. So glad I switched to Belle! The only thing I regret is not doing it sooner.

You had an opportunity to keep a client and failed. There are many options out there that are of the same quality and have lowered their price. Since I am paying out of pocket and retired, I need a good product and best price. You were not interested in matching a price and so you have lost a client.

“Great support from day one”
From the very first day, communication with Belle has been excellent. The website is easy to use, and the support team along with the doctors have been responsive and helpful every step of the way. I’m now 5 weeks in and down 12 lbs so about 2.5 lbs a week and I’m feeling amazing. If you’re on the fence, this program has genuinely delivered results for me so far. Came for the price, stayed for the experience
I was originally drawn to Belle for their affordability of GLP-1s. What I found was a company with medical and nutritional guidance, and amazing customer service. This isn't a "fly by night" company. They're not going to sell you a product and then simply disappear. You truly get the sense that they care and are supportive of their patients. I'm so grateful and impressed with Belle's social media presence and online education. What other company has live Q&As with their CMO? That access and expertise is unfounded! Now, Belle is my go-to for GLP-1s and longevity peptides. I'm also very much looking forward to them soon offering HRT and menopause care!
