Fast with quality
When I placed the order, I was surprised that it shipped the same day as I had customized it. I worried that the quality might not be good. When it arrived it was as nice as it showed on the customize screen and the gift is perfect.

Baudville made an error but made it right!
Baudville made a mistake on my order, one of the awards I ordered was on back order and no one contacted me with this information. 4 days before my event I had not received the awards, so I contacted Baudville. I was informed of the back order and received an apology, Baudvile made it right, and I had my awards the day before my event.

Black with a green metallic glint?
Great price and quick delivery; however, the item description said they were "black with a green metallic glint", but there is no spec of green color or metallic glint/reflection. Disappointing, but we are okay with the all-black look.

The engraving is not even in a color, and I'm very disappointed in the quality of the crystal award that I purchased. I will think very hard
The engraving is not even in a color that is visible. You can barely see the writing on the award. I have been ordering from this company for over 20 years and I'm very sad and disappointed that you all would send something like this. The engraving was supposed to be in Black because it's a crystal award but it's clear barely radical. I'm very disappointed. I will need to think very hard before ordering anything else from your company. Thank you for asking
