A bit long to get to a human
It was a bit long to go from the AI bot to a real person, but other than the time, it was pleasant communicating with Liz.

Ease of use of the templates
Ease of use of the templates. I had my basic files of pictures and music to upload so I was able to get a quick view of what my site was going to look like in real time while under the free trial period.

Not as easy to navigate and use as i would like. I was hoping a little more like facebook control features. And that would be my suggestion to you. I have used my own website and others and I am looking for the easiest to control and update...... not the one with the most features..... I'm a Musician not an IT guy and I want to spend my time creating Music......Not content.

Exceptional Platform for Music…
Exceptional Platform for Music Professionals "I have been using Bandzoogle for nearly two years, and the experience has been outstanding. The customer service is phenomenal, easily the best and most responsive support you can find in the industry. Beyond the stellar team, the platform itself delivers exceptional performance: website bandwidth is incredibly fast, and the design options are both slick and highly professional. Bandzoogle offers an impressive suite of features and rock-solid reliability at a very reasonable price point. I highly recommend them to any artist looking to build a premium online presence."

New customer; very satisfied so far
I'm a new customer, moving my Web site over from another hosting provider. Bandzoogle has really impressed me with its full-featured free trial, flexible and intuitive site building tools, extensive musician-oriented feature sets, and OUTSTANDING customer support (their support team clearly and helpfully answered some rather technical questions for me in an amazingly short turnaround time - sometimes literally within minutes). I think Bandzoogle is going to be a definite improvement from my previous provider, and based on my early experiences, I'd highly recommend them.
