Seamless Ordering Experience
Ordering was easy, with options that we appreciated. We were kept updated on the status of our order and it arrived very quickly, in great condition. We obviously haven’t put the tree up, since it’s only August, but we look forward to a beautiful new tree this season!

Better than expected!
I ordered the balsam fir 9 ft narrow tree and was pleasantly surprised. It was better than the photo, and being a flip tree, easy to put together. The branches are so realistic, the shape is beautiful, and the clear lights sparkle brightly. I am so excited now for Christmas, I may have to decorate early!

Took my money but no tree! No communication
Ordered a tree. After nearly a week I emailed due to not receiving the tree or any dispatch information. I was told that the tree I ordered had sold out and no longer available however the money had been taken out of my account. I was then offered to choose another tree but the sale no longer exists and for a similar tree I would need double the money, the reason I was buying a tree in July/August was to ensure we had a great quality tree for Christmas this year. My question is, if I hadn’t of emailed them about the tree, would they have just taken my money and never communicated with me. Customer service is basic.

Was a pleasure doing business with you. Had a problem with "first time buyer" coupon but one of your wonderful "elves" took care of me with no hassle at all. The tree arrived quickly & the box was in good condition. Can't wait till it's closer to Christmas to assemble & decorate my new tree. :-)

Stands behind their products
This company stands behind their products. Our first tree purchase had a problem after a few weeks and they shipped out the problem piece. It has lasted 10 years & the only reason we bought another one was because we had a tree fall on our shed & the tree was damaged. Would never buy from anywhere else.

Just WOW!!
Just WOW!!! Admired friend’s tree. He gave me info about your company. Swore I’d NEVER have artificial tree. But, I am elderly, last year was a nightmare struggling with lights and placing ornaments at the top section. My Balsam Hill is natural looking, easily assembled, great instructions- perfect in every way!!!

Received package in perfect condition. Tree was well supported inside box. Tree branches look real from a distance even though they are plastic. Perfect table tree for my family room. Quick shipping. Easy website to navigate. Very high quality all around

The tree is beautiful
The tree is beautiful, however the LED clear lights have a yellowish color to it which I do not like. Will have to purchase lights for the tree. The delivery was fast, I was happy about that.
