Booked travel for 9 to San Jaun, PR
I booked flights for 9 to travel to San Juan in January of 2027 via Delta and the flights were cheaper than booking directly or using any discount website like Travelocity or Hotwire. Once the purchase was made I headed over to the chat to find out what happens next and they were able to guide me through the process. I received an email for all 9 of my travelers, they helped me add my KTN to my ticket because I forgot to include it at the time of booking, stayed with me while I clicked on the link in the email so I could pick our seats, answered all my questions about seating, how the credit works, etc. and were really great to work with! This was my 1st time using them so I was honestly terrified to pay on the platform but everything went through smoothly and without any issues! I'm currently looking to book with them again and based on my experience would recommend! My only complaint, and its not even that big if a deal, is there's a lag in the chat so what could've taken idk, 15mins collectively took much longer but despite that I was very happy with the service I received! I also, received text messages updating me on price drops and that they would hold my travel plans and lock in that price for 24hrs so that for me is further proof that they are indeed looking out for our pockets!
