The award looks awesome
The award looks awesome. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and the production and shipping times. The award was packaged safely and was well taken care of during delivery. I will say the communication in the beginning felt a little sketchy to me... but there may have been a language barrier. Otherwise, a great experience. Will order again!

Overall Great Experience Start to Finish
Great customer service! When I called to talk through my not fully formed idea of what I wanted, I was able to talk to someone who was extremely knowledgable and they helped me finalize my idea. The design iteration process was super easy. And most importantly, the awards look amazing! All of the recipients love them!

Cheap material & bad glue Don’t trust this Company!
I was searching for awards for my son‘s foundation. He’s celebrating 10 years of giving 12-20 students $1000 each for college. I wanted to present him with an award because he’s passionate about students continuing their education. I came across Awards.com and I was excited because they had several styles to choose from. I found one I liked the number 10 with a base and you could add your logo, message etc. I noticed it was acrylic, but I wanted Crystal so I called to see if that style came in crystal and the sales person insure me I could get it in crystal, of course it would cost more and they would send me the estimate. I excepted and made a few updates as to what I wanted printed on the base and I included his logo. I was very excited to receive it. The day it arrived I couldn’t wait to open the box, but to my surprise it was very lightweight, (5 years earlier I purchased a crystal spotlight for him of which I was very happy and he loved it - no I did not purchase it from Awards.com. I thought that’s where I might’ve gotten it but I learned that is not where I purchased the five-year spotlight award-,It was heavy) but I continue to open the box and as I brought out the award I love the design, The wording was perfect, but it was acrylic so I was very disappointed. I wanted to give a crystal. I immediately called them and of course I checked my receipt. It never mentioned a Crystal, but it never said anything about acrylic. I know I was very clear about a crystal award. That was my reason for calling them to make sure that Style came in Crystal. I wasn’t concerned about the price. I wanted a crystal 10 year award. I thought that I made it clear that I wanted a crystal. Of course they told me they have no record of that and they offered me a 20% discount but I told them I still want Crystal although it’s two days out now so I would not receive the crystal so I’m thinking well I have no choice. I really want to present this to my son on the anniversary of his tenth year having this Foundation. As I opened the box for the second time because I had put it away as I opened the box to polish it because I didn’t want any smudge fingerprints on it. I pulled it out from the base and to my surprise… the number one was NO LONGER ATTACH😡 I even purchase white gloves from Amazon just so when I presented to him, it would look really nice. Can you imagine you ordered something to present to your son that you felt would be really nice and he would be very happy- only to see the quality was not at all what you expected for the price you paid! My concern is that whatever glue they use to hold that together very cheap. I only had it in my possession for maybe what three days and tomorrow’s the day I wanted to present it so I was just taking out the box to get the final look to make sure no smudge marks yet the numbers no longer attached to the base. I’m very confident this has happened before if they use the same glue, this has happened before. All I can say is I don’t want anyone else to experience this. I would not purchase from Awards.com. I will make clear what the material is. What the height is any colors you add on there be very clear because they have totally misled me.Not worth $20 let alone $200. I’m very embarrassed because even the awards my son gives the students are heavy and made from much better material. How Can I as his parent give him anything less. Please know you have been warned. Do not purchase from awards.com No way should the numbers come up attached moreover, it should’ve been part of the base not separate, especially if they’re gonna use some cheap glue to hold it together. I’m sure you’ve heard things might look good until you touch it.!!

Great final product and customer service
Great customer service. I was contacted to approve the needed changes along the way, and I was sent a mockup of the plaque I needed. It wasn't made until I approved it. It was packed well and reached me very quickly.

I had a wonderful experience working with the customer service team at Awards.com. From the beginning, they were extremely responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the customization process for my award. When the original logo image I submitted was not high enough quality, they quickly contacted me and clearly explained what was needed so the Art Department could produce the best possible result. I especially appreciated how attentive the team was when I submitted different versions of the image and asked questions about how the design might look on different award shapes. They communicated with me every step of the way, updated the Art Department promptly when I sent a new logo, and gave me options that helped me feel confident in my final choice. I ultimately selected Option B, and the entire process felt smooth, professional, and personalized. Excellent customer service can make all the difference when ordering something meaningful, and the Awards.com team truly demonstrated that. Their patience, quick responses, attention to detail, and willingness to work with me made this a very positive experience. Thank you for taking the time to make sure my award would look exactly the way I envisioned it. I would definitely recommend Awards.com to anyone looking for a company that genuinely cares about the quality of its products and the satisfaction of its customers!

Cremation niche plaques
I needed two plaques made for my parents' funeral and subsequent inurnment in a columbarium niche. I had to run each proof by my 3 siblings for approval. Thankfully, Awards.com layout designers were very patient with my numerous changes and requests. The proofs were spot on and the quality was superb. The final products were absolutely gorgeous and the personalization fantastic. So thankful to work with such an accommodating and professional company. The plaques were packaged carefully in black boxes that we used as a backdrop for the clear plaques in the church service. Highly recommend!

April Griffin has been my go-to contact every year and she makes the entire process of getting our anniversary award gifts taken care of seamlessly. We love the Alexandra Bowl and it works well for those who don't want a traditional chair. Thank you for making my life easier - LOL!
