They were able to take my concept art and make it into a really awesome patch. This is the first time I have done a patch, mostly stick with coins, and it has been well received by my co workers. They love the stitch detail and the price was extremely reasonable. Thanks again for the product. Will definitely be returning.

I had a great experience with Aviator Gear! They helped me throughout the design process and made sure the patch came out exactly how I wanted. Their customer service was fast, responsive, and on point. The turnaround time was excellent—they gave me a solid deadline and actually delivered ahead of schedule, which was a great surprise. Most importantly, the quality of the patch is outstanding. I’ve ordered from other patch companies before, and Aviator Gear’s quality is noticeably better. The details, materials, and overall finish exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Aviator Gear, and I’ll definitely be using them again!

These people are fantasic! From their initial contact to the delivery of their product everybody was first rate. Most helpful was the designer I delt with; Ms. Gutierrez. She got the design and colors right on the first try. She kept me informed all the way. She responded to every email I sent to her. So, If you want an embroidered patch that is unique and extremely special, then these are the people you need to know.

Delta Air Lines for many years had a "Flying Colonel" Program for those of us that frequently flew on Delta. They seemed to discontinue the program as for new "Colonels" however, every once in a while I would see a very senior F/A who would recognize me. Aviation Gear put together a Delta Tail with a Flying Colonel base that is absolutely incredible in my office! Thank you to Aviation Gear for such an outstanding quality piece of art that has so much meaning to me! To any other Colonels out there this is the recognition (even though I paid for it) that Delta should have done! I highly recommend Aviation Gear! Their customer service is outstanding!

I had a great experience with Aviator Gear. The patches were high quality, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in the design. They matched exactly what was expected and represented our unit perfectly. The order was processed and shipped in a timely manner, and everything arrived as promised without any issues or delays. Edit — UPDATE: This is an updated review from the 2-star I left a couple of months ago. AviatorGear has since reached out and apologized for the several mishaps that occurred during the design process of the patch. To amend their mistakes, they sent 50 free patches of the design we made. I can’t speak to whether or not they’ve fixed the timeline issues for their design process, but there is something to be said about a company wanting to do what’s right. Thank you to AviatorGear for taking the time to address my concerns and problems either the design process. This company does care and are willing to work with you if they don’t meet the standard they’ve set. *OLD* - BLUF: Find a different patch company to go through, such as Badass Patches. Quality, pricing, and punctuality is typically far better than Aviator Gear. Our unit was looking for a new, updated patch design so we chose Aviator Gear, as it was one of the first options to pop up on Google. It ended in us never putting the product in full production and receiving a full refund. The process is fairly straight-forward. You send them an idea/drawing, the dimensions, and the material (PVC or Embroidered) so that their artists can create a production-ready product from their line. I sent them a professionally drawn render of our idea so they knew exactly what we wanted. They also ask you to suggest a date you need the product by. SUGGEST is the key word here; don't expect to receive your product for at least 2-3 months after it is approved. Here is why: - As mentioned in some other reviews, they seem to take your idea and run it through some sort of AI image generator, taking the creativity and quality out of the picture. Oftentimes the image they send you and the actual product look NOTHING alike. - Communications are very sparse and untimely. Their liaisons communicate over email and oftentimes don't respond for 4-5 business days and typically respond between the hours of 0000-0400 (CST). By the time you respond to them, you're waiting at least a week to move on to the next step. - For their product quality, they claim to have extensive experience with creating military patches that match the regulations employed by the DoD. We went through 7 different production artworks, mostly because they were not adhering to regulations or seemingly were disregarding the instructions I was giving them. Combined with the delayed email response times and you're looking at a pretty frustrating creation process. - Compared to their competitors (like Badass Patches), their pricing is up to $2.00-3.00 higher per unit for a lower quality product. At the end of the day, we DID receive a full refund, so that is why I am giving them a two-star review. However, the process is so untimely, I'd say you're better off using your time elsewhere and with a company that cares more about their products.

Monica Isidor worked with me on a patch idea I had, she was incredibly quick with responses and to get the work I had requested done. Everything was very detailed and as requested, and I left room for interpretation on some ideas I had, and she made quick work of creating something that I loved.
