The courteous service
The courteous service, pros and cons from contact person and on-line information provided enough content to make our decision. The cost was substantially less than dealership. We’ve never had an extended warranty on a vehicle, so proof of value will be weighed over time. Didn’t feel pressured into buying a policy or time constrained. Thanks,

Our “person’s” name is Dominique
Our “person’s” name is Dominique. She was very informative. Know the product well. Answered all our questions and was quick to respond which meant to us she was not looking things up. There was no “hard sell” as with other companies. The rates and service are quite competitive.

Great policy at a fair price
Instead of just trying to SELL me something, the representative took her time to find out what kind of coverage I wanted and by doing so was able to offer me a policy for the timeframe I needed at a very reasonable price. It has some exclusions, but if you have ever purchased an extended warranty before you know that they all do. In the end , I am happy with my purchase and feel like the policy will cover any major problems that I have. Time will tell!

Professional warranty purchase experience
It was easy to communicate with and understand the extended warranty purchase and claims process with Monique P. She answered the many questions I had in a straightforward manner and avoided the high pressure sales pitch that I encountered from other warranty companies during my search. I thought Monique explained the warranty plan details to me well and the payment plan was very flexible and customizable, which is what I was looking for. Hopefully I never need to use it!

After several transfers, my call was forwarded to Trevor, who explained the policy to me and took the time to put it altogether in an email that I could review at my convenience.

The information was easy to receive. The service agent I dealt with was open and honest. There was no pressure sales tactics. I was able to complete my purchase online, the sales agent confirmed and the transaction was finalized.

This is the 2nd policy I opened with Robert . He is amazing Not only does he knows everything about the policies but also feel like you have a really good Friend that you can always trust . I’ve tried other companies and they are very pushy . Robert thank you always 🌺

The Customer Service agents were professional
The Customer Service agents were wonderful to work with to establish a new policy and to cancel a policy that I had for a vehicle that I sold. When we have had to have repairs and paid maintenance covered by the policy. Autopom has responded positively.
