I ordered the wrong part and reached out to them for a refund and explained to them what happen. Well they didn’t ask questions and refunded me my money and told me to just to keep the product. The service was very friendly and fast. Thanks

Arrived later than expected. Customer service was helpful and always replied to my emails. My experience started off rough due to some issues with communication and service, and I was pretty frustrated at first. However, the business took responsibility, addressed my concerns, and made things right in the end. I appreciate that they were willing to correct the situation and ensure I was satisfied. While the initial experience wasn’t ideal, their effort to resolve the issue changed my overall impression. Because of that, I’d be willing to give them another chance.

Ordered a tool on May 31, 2026. Emailed this company and have not received a status response, no item and no refund as of July 19, 2026. Don't buy anything from this organization unless you like to waste your money and time.
