Answered every question. Educated me about the way IRA is completed as well as how Equity prices my account. Gave options as to what metals were available without pushing into any particular one. Great experience.

Transferring my IRA to Augusta Precious Metals I had done my research and made my decision beforehand. Just one phone call to Augusta started the process. The service was great, with opportunity to get answers to any question through a private zoom call, followed by assistance in setting up the process to transfer the IRA from my current account. I could have not designed the process better. I am even more confident I made the right decision. Never any pressure; always leaving me in full control of every decision.

Helpful, patient, readily available, pleasant staff who walked me through the whole process. My interactions with the staff has been excellent. So far, transparent about pricing and costs. I'm a new customer, so I will see how things play out in the future. However, I do feel optimistic about my purchase. I rate my experience Outstanding!

I have been dealing with Augusta Precious Metals since 2018, they're prices are competitive, their service is impeccable, customer service people are friendly, communications are excellent, products are topline.

I had a really wonderful experience with Augusta. The people that help you provide as much information as possible so you can make the most informed decisions when purchasing metals. It is almost a white glove experience. I highly recommend Sonja Templet, as she was phenomenal with her knowledge, experience and information provided. Be prepared to give up to 4-6 hours of your time up front, which is the only sort of criticism I would have. They provide a lot of info that is just unnecessary for me. However, it is better to get as much info as needed when you are managing your retirement accounts.

The people were very informative and open about the fee schedules involved with Equity Trust and Augusta Precious Metal. The why to choose gold explanation matched all my research when I asked the questions. I feel like the information was honest and up front after having done some prior research on the company. They check on review websites. Great people well informed and understand what they telling people to get into this investment product.

I have been purchasing physical gold for years, but the IRA process is more complicated. Before I became a client the educational process explained critical details like buy back spread and IRA price spreads. These two alone gave me a strategy that saved me thousands of dollars. Good news is the training is free so you can decide for yourself.

My experience with Augusta was FANTASTIC!!! The Representatives that I spoke with were very polite, professional, and very patient. They took the time to clearly & thoroughly explain the nuances of Precious Metals IRAs, the advantages of a traditional IRA vs a ROTH IRA, as well as common "industry terms" like "spot prices vs melt prices". I was very nervous at the beginning of the conversation - But I felt very comfortable by the end of the conversation. I was also happy to learn that the Augusta Team will ALWAYS be available to address any questions or concerns that I may have at anytime. I highly recommend their services!

I "officially" signed up with the Augusta Precious Metals team this week, and have to say it's been an EXCELLENT experience! From Victoria to Sarah to Nate to Sonja to Devlyn and finally to Allen (I think I named everyone!), the Augusta Team couldn't have been more knowledgeable, patient and friendly!!! My wife and I knew very little about acquiring physical precious metals as part of our retirement portfolio, but the folks at Augusta thoughtfully explained in-depth how the process works, in general, and at Augusta, specifically. I recently inherited an IRA following the death of my partner. I knew I wanted to invest in a gold IRA. When I Called Augusta , that was the extent of my knowledge. The representative brought me up to speed on polices relating to inherited IRAs. She has since actively assisted me by being present on all phone calls helping me arrange the transfers and and setting up my account. Extremely profession al and knowledeable. I highly recommend this Company.company.

Hi, lots of trouble getting my IRA transferred over. Then when done, there was no mention that there might be residuals $ left at previous account. However, APM was nice enough to allow me to purchase more metals with the residual money that didn't meet their minimum balance rule. Thankful for that, since I didn't want that money left in as cash.

Augusta Precious Metals explained the entire process and how it works very clearly. The customer team does a great job of communication and assisted me with a 401K rollover. However, there is no free silver offer. That's because they do not over charge - which is another plus!
