Misinformation given by customer support
I called CS before asking for a shipping label and she confirmed they they excepted Cleo 90 infusion sets and I would receive $20 per box. When I received my invoice - I received nothing for 6 boxes. The next CS rep was very short with me & not helpful so I ask to speak with a supervisor. Jay was very understanding and helped work through the mud information I had received and said she would escalate to her boss to try to get it resolved. Jay’s attitude was caring and I believe she did what she was authorized to do but now I will have to see if the issues of my six missing unpaid boxes will resolve in a positive outcome
