The technician was well versed with the appliance and the trouble it was having. Within ten minutes we were back up and running as normal. I had already mentally budgeted $1,500 for a new refrigerator, but with Ask An Expert, no need to. Excellent! I hope I never HAVE to use them again, but if the need arises, you can be damn sure I will!

Ms. Mann was very patient. She asked the right questions for me to give her the answer. Ms. Mann understood that it was also a possibility that I didn't know the answer and she made me comfortable by saying I don't know. I am 67 years old. The company has a winner with Ms. Megan Mann in my book. This was my first time using the chat (JustAnswer). I will tell my friends about my experience and encourage them to use it.
