SCAM no mention of a £24.79 fee, cannot email for refund
No mention of a £24.79 fee, they just took from my account. You get to speak to a bot, not a person, I asked the same question about speaking to a bot and they just kept using the same response "I'm not a bot, it's me, Name" again and again. Lastly they take payment but don't create an account for you, so good luck telling them which account you used because there isn't one, as well as if you try to email billing@ask-crew whatever email they respond with, it doesn't work, your email won't be delivered. SCAM.
