THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME USING ASHFORD TO BUY A WATCH I ALWAYS USE OFFICIAL SHOPS TO BUY MY WATCHES BUT ASHFORD WAS OFFERING A GOOD DEAL ON A WATCH THAT I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR I ORDERED MY WATCH ON THE 16/07/2026 AND RECEIVED IT ON MONDAY THE 20/07 26 A DAY EARLY SO SHIPPING IS QUICK AND REASONABLE PRICE AND THE ITEAM WAS WELL PACKED AND THE WATCH IT SELF HAD ALL THE ORIGINAL PLASTIC ON IT OVER IS WAS A EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL ROUND WILL BE BUYING AGAIN

Beautiful watch but started to tarnish after a month and clasp won't stay shut - watch keeps falling off. Spent a little extra for what i thought would be a long lasting piece. Customer service said there was nothing they could do.

Customer service needs improvement.
I did like that I recieved one pair of sunglasses super quickly, however the second pair (in the same order) sat "processing" for over a week. Had I not raised a fuss, I don't think they would have shipped them or communicated to what the holdup was.
