AC installed 5 years ago by Tarpy Heating and Air, then sold to ARS rescue Rooter. Have had AC failed 2+days (8/1/26)and several appointments. No one shows up. The call centers, have no valid info for damaged customers. ARS Rescue Rooter doesn't call back even after they missed they’re 12-400pm window by 90 minutes. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. DON’T BUY HVAC from this company.

Great company to do business with. Techs are timely, courteous and professional. Went out of their way to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use their services when needed in the future.

Quick & Easy to Schedule I scheduled an appointment and they were able to fit me in and address the issues quickly. Mr. Gary W. Was very informative and took care of what was needed.

I felt that I was taken advantage of. Knowing that you need A/C with the Texas heat, I feel that I was overcharged for my unit replacement

I was told I needed a new Ac unit , which this one was only 9 yrs old. The guy was nice and tried to explain everything to me. I had a gut feeling I was being targeted cos I'm a woman. I even spoke to a salesman about a new one and felt pressured to buy one. I texted a friend and she told me to get a 2nd opinion and I did. He said everything was fine just needed to be flushed out.

I have been calling trying to get help with my new installed AC unit and inspection. I have been given appointments time an nobody shows up to my house. I am a new customer and have been waiting for two months for someone to come to my house and help with closing out my open permit.

This company responding immediately during one of our heat waves late one evening. We are both in our seventies with an older dog and the heat was really intense. The company responded immediately within 20 minutes of the call, at 6:30 p.m. arrives, gave a diagnosis, no pressure, and within 3 days a new system was running. He gave us many options, and made us aware of a mold situation that pre-existed. Installation was about as good as you can get. They even gave us a window unit to hold us over temporarily as a loner. You can do no better than this company. So many of them advertised 24-hour emergency service, well good luck. One called me 7 Days later. That was not the case with Air Experts. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. And all of the employees and the sales rep were just as kind, I'm very good explanations for the purchase . I will never have to take to give them a recommendation, because it will be well appreciated and followed up on. In this society, at least following up is important. They do just that. Kudos for your excellent work.

We regularly have our HVAC serviced BY YOU. Part of this service, we're told, is clearing the drain line. Now, a month after a service, our HVAC stops cooling, and your tech finds our HVAC drain totally clogged, and charges a a lot of money to clear it. I, honestly, feel like I'm getting scammed by your regular service visits. Just don't see how it got completely clogged in such a short time. Looks, to me, like it was never properly serviced in the first place.

Clerks at Lowe’s did not explain possible contact with installation team so I came home with a water heater, and installer arrived with a comparable machine. Email regarding inspection should be accompanied by a personal phone call to assist in the process of scheduling a date.

The service is amazing. But what really makes this company are the people. They're professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They truly want to help you. I'd recommend them to anyone, no matter the size of the job.
