Purchasing the hot tub was pretty easy…
Purchasing the hot tub was pretty easy over the phone with the representative I dealt with. She was very clear as to what to expect and when. The guy who delivered the hot tub was amazing! He was able to pull right into our driveway and place the hot tub right in our garage, since we weren't ready to put the tub where is was to go. We use the hot tub daily and so far, loving it! Thank you

Patiently took the time to explain everything to a new customer.
Being an new customer, the representative took the time to explain to me how the spa operates and how to properly care for it. She recommended the correct products for a spa as opposed to a pool and even told me where to purchase replacement parts that they no longer had available. I will recommend potential customers to this company!

Charity
My experience was amazing largely due to Charity who walked me through the ordering process. She helped me select the very best options for our needs. My husband is a disabled Navy Veteran with neuropathy and she was considerate and caring about our particular circumstance. She provided me with all details from order to delivery and I can't say enough about her professionalism and sincere concern. Wonderful person and a great asset to this company.
