Very helpful!
Very helpful!! after looking for Salt Cells and finding it confusing as some places advertised a certain model # only to find that is not the product they were selling. I called Appae on a Saturday and Joseph answered the phone and was very helpful, he sent me an email with a quote and a first time buyer discount. We had he parts in 5 days!! No scams here!

Very impressed!
I am so impressed with AppaeTech Pool Supply. I had pre-sale questions and concerns that were answered and addressed quickly, and they were there for advice as well. The purchase was smooth, the price great, and the item arrived WAY faster than I expected. I am so very satisfied and will definitely purchase from them again. I honestly cannot think of anything they could have done better!

Excellent- top notch!!
I can not say anything more than amazing customer service, amazing inventory and fast delivery; they went above and beyond delivering my order which was not part of the deal. They just chose to deliver it personally. Amazing! Given, this was not just one or two pieces, it was a large order for a new pool/jacuzzi project but they were competitive with prices, were extremely fast in their responses, quote, and as I said sending the order. Joseph was great and Nick delivered after hours. Buy your pool and other equipment needs from these guys! Greg J

Hayward | SP32900VSPX1 | TriStar VS 900 Pump with OmniX | 1.85 HP 230V Single Phase × 1 I received this item May 29, 2026 and have worked on it every day since, trying to program it. I haven't been able to program the VS pool pump. Followed all the instructions enclosed with the pump, the manual and the plastic sheet of instructions intended for a quick start. You can talk to Joseph ... he knows and has recommended that perhaps I should call the Hayward people for help. This should be a whole lot easier to do. I've been trying for about a week now and just can't get it done. The buttons don't always do according to the instructions. I've purposefully wiped out all of my instructions and started over again several times to no avail. I'm going to try again today. And again, step by step. Perhaps this will be the day of success. Terribly disappointed with this product. Hayward | SP32900VSPX1 | TriStar VS 900 Pump with OmniX | 1.85 HP 230V Single Phase × 1

Knowledgeable and pricing
Joseph was awesome to work with... Very knowledgeable and was able to recommend the right part! After talking to our local pool company and wanting to charge me $1299 just for the exact same part + tax, I was able to make the purchase of $900... total savings of over $450... AppaeTech pool Supply ricks!

Best place for homeowners
Talk about customer service. Joseph was insanely knowledgeable and helpful through our entire purchase. He helped not only in finding the right products, but also organized instalation with someone who did an awesome job. He Also resent invoices weeks later when we couldn't find them when trying to apply for the DWP rebate. Definitely recommend! Will 100% be back when we start our project to convert our pool to a saltwater system. Thank you Joseph for your hard work.

Great Products and Service!
I was going to order my new pump and filter online but had a question and made a phone call. The representative offered me reduced shipping (saved me $30) to place the order over the phone, which I did. The equipment arrived on time, was installed by a professional familiar with the brand and everything is working as expected (though I've only had it running 4-5 weeks). Very pleased with the whole experience (products, service, shipping)!
