Technical Support has always been fantastic with this company. They respond quickly (minutes not hours) and they work hard to solve your problem. I've been very happy with their service and I would recommend them to anyone considering hosting a Minecraft server.

never us this horrendous ass wedsite unless you want to be suicidal and grow tendencies to rip the skin off of your bones. during my time hosting a server on this website, every time i logged into it there was some sort of annoying issue that took like an hour to fix it took 8 hours to set the server up and link my world and everything and when I try to cancel my billing that is extremely over priced might i add, it just doesnt let me log into my account and says my passord is wrong but works on other things moral of the story dont waste your time and money

helpers are around the clock and insanely knowledgeable about issues regarding mods and servers. stuck with me through every issue until it was resolved. cant compliment these guys enough!!!

Been with Apex for YEARS
Been with Apex for YEARS. Not only did they help me with a complicated code formula to make something work ingame, they even help test your server to see if you have installed plugins correctly and give feedback. Definitly recommned them. <3
