This was my first order from APEC
This was my first order from APEC. Bought a +$400 water filter system. I forgot to apply the 10% new customer discount when I submitted my order so I immediately emailed customer service with the code info. I got an AI automated reply that they wouldn’t do it. Even though the order wouldn’t ship out for another couple days. Disappointing start. Update from 8.3: Thank you for the reply. OK, can you please swap out the subscription for the 10% discount?

Order #S-535974 has been return I thought you used a carrier other than regular mail and they only deliver to PO Box not . Also may I suggest free text on your address line, I tried to enter both addresses and your system did not allow this.

After 1 1/2 years of using my system…
After 1 1/2 years of using my system all the filter housing had small cracks inside the upper lid near the inlet for the tubing. Originally thought it was gaskets so I changed those. After replacement and still leaking I had to find replacement housings. APEC is way over priced for replacement parts and shipping. I Ultimately had to replace all the housings. The water leak ruined my kitchen Island. I know I did not overtighten when replacing water filter as it closes very snuggly with barely any pressure.In my opinion they are using cheap parts and have a horrible warranty as it will probably fail after a year. When it was not leaking it was great. Very disappointed. Buyer beware.

Ordered new inline FI-ES-TCR-QC filters…
Ordered new inline FI-ES-TCR-QC filters for essence 50ES. The price was reasonable for 3. I also installed an Aquatec pump to provide more PSI at the tank and deliver more ice from our ice makers. I ended up order a 60 PSI TSO to increase pressure again and I'm totally happy with the system now.

The RO filter setup I got it great and was pretty easy to install. And when I had an issue with a leaking handle on the faucet they promptly sent me a new one. Thank you.
