The warranty process was so easy and relatively quick! All the staff members i spoke to were very friendly and answered all questions! I appreciate that they were able to fix my BT Critter, which is a wonderful product in itself! Would certainly recommend purchasing from Ants on a Melon - their products are amazing and customer service is just ad great!

As a newb the effects I’m getting with it on camera are unique compared to what I was working with before getting the RGB Critter. I cannot wait to see what I can do with this after I learn all the features. Shipping did take awhile, but hey it's a small business and life happens.

Wonderful experience purchasing from Ants On A Melon and using all of the tools! I particularly love my RGB critter BT Flashlight. It's so helpful to be able to program your own color patterns! And it works so well with the Lumi tubes, fiber optic, and plexiglass tools from Ants on a Melon.

Ever since I got the Critter BT, I've been having constant problems connecting it to my phone. Sometimes it connects, and when it does, it's an absolute joy to use. But most of the time, my phone simply doesn't detect the device, so I'm forced to rely on the buttons on the unit itself. It's really disappointing. I also have the 2.0 version, where I miss the clearer, more intuitive app interface. But with the newer version, the app often lets me down because of the connection issues. You've created an amazing unique tool, but because of this seemingly small issue, I can only use about 5% of its potential.

I'm very impressed with the customer service. Can't wait to play with my new "toys". As soon as I've had a chance to work with them, I will be taking them to our photo club for "show and tell".

Ants on a Melon: you can rely on these guys, even if and especially when problems occur. I ordered from germany and when the package got lost after being handed over to customs processing they handled the situation really well.

Their products are well made and fun to play with. I ordered the RGB Critter BT and I received an email letting me know there was a problem with the quality. They had already organised dispatch, but recalled it. I was happy to wait. That told me they only send out good quality. Most of my tools are from AOAM.

Great product. Takes a beating with how I treat it and still works great. Love how easy it is to use the app to create the aesthetic I want. You can tell AOAM is intentional about the updates they’ve made throughout the years. Can’t wait to see what’s next!

I absolutely love my bit whip! When I ordered, it always comes in time and they respond in a quickly manner when needed which is helpful! The whip is very durable and beautiful. I love all the settings and functions it comes with!

Super satisfied all the way around. Shipping was fast and it arrived before expected. The sparkle whip is absolutely gorgeous and whimsical. I love how easy the app allows you to select it mode. I can’t wait to create my own patterns.

UK Customer, After watching video reviews of this product I am very excited to use them. There is still 2 more days till I receive the products after waiting just over 3 weeks. However I have incurred custom fees of 95.75 GBP on my order that cost 336.10 GBP. I am sure I am going to have a lot of fun with these products but there is nothing at checkout relating to customs charges. Should I have known customs charges would be applicable?...maybe, though I think it should be made available at checkout to make an informed decision whether I want to proceed or not. I also have a the lifetime warranty x1 and now wonder how much more will it cost if there are any faults with the products.

I placed the order 10 days ago and the tracking information says the order still hasn't shipped. The tracking information says UPS has received the order information but hasn't received the item. I haven't received any other information in 10 days so I have no idea about the status of the order. OK, so Ants on a Melon have replied to this review and explained the shipping status - thank you. I can now see the shipping info and the product is actually on the way. I'll temporarily change the rating to 3-stars and once I get the product and use it I'll give a final star rating. Second update. Product has arrived after a fairly long wait. Everything arrived as ordered. I'm having fun learning how to use the Critter and attachments for light painting photography. The light painting tube in particular creates nice effects. I'm finding it difficult to switch between attachments and settings smoothly during a single exposure which is why I'm giving a 4-star rating for now. I guess I need to watch a few more tutorials and practice some more. But overall I'm having fun.

I absolutely LOVE AOAM !!!! 🥰 I recently bought my second flashlight and the connector for them! I have had my other flashlight for almost three years and it still work great.
