Everything you want is in stock. The salesforce is knowledgeable. The prices are pretty good too. If we could just get rid of that additional 10% tax, that would be kind of cool.

The guys that work they’re actually shoot and hunt and know what they’re talking about. Plus, they’re friendly and don’t act stuck up like other ammunition and gun shops.

JR was extremely helpful, opening a box of the product I required, so that I could examine and verify it, and then providing an identical unopened box at time of purchase. He also wrote down a short list of prospective laser sight vendors for my handgun. Very pleasant buying experience.

Amazing service and care EVERYTIME I stop by The Copper Jacket. Great deals, the manager is always incredibly friendly, and it’s super convenient that I can buy online and pick it up at any of their locations.

JR and staff are just awesome! I've only recently started buying ammo from Copper Jacket in Thousand Oaks, but each time my experience has been extremely great. I've ordered online and picked up in addition to purchasing in store and each transaction has been effecient, friendly and fun. By the way, JR is hilarious and that means as much to me as his knowledge of ammunition and guns. You all have definitely earned an ammunition customer for life! Thank you.

I placed Order #263196 with Ammunition1.Direct on June 4, 2026, and my credit card was charged the full order amount of $113.86. As of July 1, 2026, I have received no shipment, no tracking information, and no update of any kind. I have followed up multiple times by email on June 20, June 23, June 25, and July 1 asking for a ship date or status update. I have not received any response explaining the delay or confirming when the order will be fulfilled. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but taking payment and then providing no update for nearly a month is unacceptable. At this point, I am requesting that Ammunition1.Direct either ship Order #263196 immediately with tracking or cancel the order and issue a full refund. I will update this review if the company resolves the issue, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend ordering from Ammunition1.Direct.

Thousand Oaks store Staff JR is amazing! He remembers customers by name and he is on top of his inventory. He knows exactly what he has and doesn't have, so he can answer your questions. The store is organized and clean every time. The only time I have seen him stressed is when he has cases of ammunition delivered sitting outside on the sidewalk in front of the store and he has to inventory and bring all of it inside as well as take care of customers by him self.
