Very helpful
Very helpful, kind, patient and we were able to successfully complete getting us signed up for Debt Relief. My son has brain cancer and the we are grateful to get some of our finances under control. The Representative with whom I spoke couldn't have been better. She was knowledgeable and efficient and nice. Thank you Luanne Hargadon

Awesome Customer Service
My Rep Ms. Adam’s was thorough and accommodating. Before I reached her I was passed around like a ping pong ball. The first rep I spoke with told me that I had to have over 10k, and that was not the case! Thank you to this Rep. She gets 5 stars from me. I would like to be as fortunate to deal with more conscientious, and kind people in this world. She was wonderful, and I hope you appreciate this superstar among you! She made a stressful situation, managable and even came away with a much better outcome than I could ever have expected. Leigh Vickery

I deleted this wonderful 5 star review after interacting with phone reps. Amusing to say the least. Their number is 800)976-4872 (to try to cancel account) if you want a good laugh. Emailing will get you nowhere either. Anyway, just call your bank and have them get you away from these ridiculous people.
