Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. They completely bait‑and‑switch on pricing, and nothing they promise is guaranteed. I selected a specific pickup date for my car, only to find out they actually require a 10‑day window — which they conveniently don’t mention upfront.When they failed to move the car during the agreed timeframe, I tried to cancel. That’s when they hit me with a $200 cancellation fee, even though they didn’t do their job in the first place.Terrible communication, unreliable scheduling, and shady pricing practices. Save yourself the headache and choose a company that actually honors its commitments.

Bait and switch
Please, please do your self a favor and do not use this fraudulent company! They are a bait and switch pricing company. Also never ever do a down payment when shipping a car. I had to dispute the $150 down payment with my credit card company after this bad business said and emailed me stating I’ll have my refund in 3-5 business days. A month later nothing! There are many reputable shippers out there just not this one. I’m not sure this is a USA based business. Thanks for the headache the day of the shipment. I did find that day a very reputable company. If it sounds too good to be true, it is.

We ended up choosing to do it ourselves, but I would have chosen Ameri Auto Transport had we chosen to ship - based on speed to respond, pricing and Jimmy’s professionalism.
