I have bought a plan 4G for UAE & OMAN
I have bought a plan 4G for UAE & OMAN. Unfortunately the eSim works only in UAE, but does NOT work in Oman! It connects on Oman Mobile, it shows me 4G, but internet does not work! See screenshot. I had to buy a different eSim for Oman and it works. The issue costs me a lot of time and I had to pay for a new Sim. I have contacted customer support per email on 30.01.2026 and again on 02.02.2026. No response!! This is not acceptable.
