I was able to discuss a dosage change with the doctor and she approved the new meds. Unfortunately there was a snafu with the order process but tech support and another doctor covering for a vacation helped me through it. Great service all around.

I love having Alloy. The BHRT has been very helpful. I am hoping it will also hold certain diseases and deteriorations at bay. Only time will tell, but without it my Fibromyalgia was way worse, as were my migraines and food sensitivities. We have estrogen receptors in our gut and brain so it only makes sense that it gave me some relief.

I haven’t seen much of a difference. I did open the second bottle and dispensed one pump and to my surprise, it looks nothing like the other bottle I have been using. Different color and consistency. I am questioning the quality, to say the least.

Their quality control is lacking these days. In the past two shipments I've received, the estradiol sprays have been loose in the package. The boxes look beat down. In the last shipment, they sent me progesterone tablets that were literally MELTED and FUSED together. I am honestly livid.

I ordered eye, two face and one body cream. Received the eye and face cream on June 18th. Noticed the cap was off and thought it seemed light but didn’t really understand how much a dose weighed. I purposely used 1/2 the prescribed dose because I was afraid it would run out. I emailed them at the beginning of July with my concerns of running out and that I paid for three months supply. Their response was one that lacked concern. Of course I ran out July 29th so I emailed them and they basically told me their policy is to let them know in 14 days of any concern. So consequently so sad too bad. This is way too expensive to get less than one month out of a three month supply. I am canceling my subscription and sourcing it elsewhere. What a scam!!!!! Sell you three months supply but only give you one month.

The entire process from evaluation to receiving medication every 90 days has been effortless. I have changed addresses twice this year and medication has arrived at the right address and on time! I am also feeling better with more energy and sleeping better and muscle mass has improved with a little estrogen in my system!

The new estrogen patches are disappointing. They itch my skin and are flimsy. I continue to like your other products & your company, however, and what it stands for.

My Primary Care Physician referred me to a GYN further than I'm comfortable driving, making it difficult for me to obtain the Estradiol which makes my life tolerable. Therefore I was so glad to learn that Alloy makes it possible for me to communicate with a physician online, order the product I need, and have it delivered to my door. How wonderful!
