Danai and Anthony were amazingly patient with me while I shopped around and contacted discount brokers. In the end, Allegiance Gold was able the best them all with an offer of $.50 over spot for both silver and gold. I am very pleased at the final offer. Trust me when I say they are the best!

OUTRAGEOUSLY GREAT COMMUNICATION! The staff, led by Seth Kay could not have been more efficient. We learned more about tangible metals than we knew made the difference between effective and wise investment and just possession of those metals. The comfort level was elevated by Mr. Kay's concerns and the company taking the time to authenticate our purchase. Dedication was apparent when Mr Kay followed through when he was battling the flu. Do yourself a favor, checkout all the other companies, but come back to Allegiance!

It took me a long time to finally make the jump, Allegiance Gold hung in there (I'm talking almost 2 years) It was so easy once the process started, and the Allegiance Gold team stream lined it I wish I would have done it earlier. Sandra Alexander took care of all the account processing, set up, paperwork, transfer, answering questions I must of asked over and over and she did it making sure I fully understood. John Ford was my initial contact, very knowledgeable, discussed all the options of buying Gold and Silver. I asked him so many questions, at time I think I was frustrating him. But it is a lot of information, it's an investment of everything. After the sell/investment, and after I was waiting for the transfer - I felt a huge relief. I felt the both Mr. Ford and Ms. Alexander were very ethical, gave me above great service. After all said and done, I had a "what happen!" moment and called Mr. Ford when I was looking at my new account, I called Mr. Ford left a message for him to call me at his earliest chance and he did. When he did I had some urgent questions about my account and he quickly reminded me of everything and how it all works, what values - everything that I forgot and as he did.... everything came back. As I said it was a lot of information. I'm glad he was there to take the time and have the patients with me. It's not my fourte. Thank you Sandra Alexander Your Awesome! Thank you John Ford You Rock! I am by nature very skeptical, and don’t know anything about precious metals, but 5 years ago, I responded to an ad, and decided to invest half of my modest portfolio with Allegiance Gold as a hedge against inflation. Recently, when I needed some cash for home repairs, Rick and Alex at Allegiance were very patient with me and not only facilitated the conversion of some of the metals to cash but adjusted my holdings to maximize future growth. Alex said, he would manage my portfolio as he would for his own father, I am very pleased with the results of our relationship, and believe he did just that.

We had a medical family emergency and unfortunately we had to liquidate our account. Allegience (Shawn and Ricky) were absolutely amazing and did everything they could to help us and make it a smooth transaction. Highly recommend these two amazing employees!

I got in when Trump became president, and gold was going up. 2 years later, 100k richer with a big smile on my face. I don't think we'll ever see anything like that again, but Alligance Gold got me there. Sean and Hani (sorry if I spelled your name wrong, Hani. lol) were excellent and very knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend anyone better to trust your money with. THANK YOU!

Alex helped me convert my metals to cash to fund my RMD, so helpful! And Hanny was a life saver helping me rollover the RMD into charitable funds -- all at the last minute end of the year! Couldn't have gotten it done without them!

Adam Zucker quoted me a good price for a certain coin and held to it for a week of that metal's price rising in value while I struggled to get the $ to Allegiance. (My bank wouldn't wire the money because they'd heard too many stories about people being scammed by groups claiming to sell gold. They refused to look at Allegiance's excellent rating with the BBB & Trustpilot, etc. ) Allegiance overnighted me a secure envelope I could send my check in and I couldn't be happier with the treatment they gave me.

My 5 star rating is based on the following experiences with Allegiance Gold: I receive succinct and accurate explanations of investment risks and awards that are objective and helpful in investing and growing my portfolio of different metals. Great care is taken in the execution of new purchases, altering my portfolio or disposition of some holdings. My counselor provides accurate tax implications of different business decisions. I feel comfortable in making decisions for the future of my family. The staff has always been very helpful in explaining how to execute both tax forms as well as their internal forms. I trust all the people I work with at Allegiance Gold.
