I purchase a couple of taping knives. Always skeptical about ordering my finish knives online. worry that they will come back bent. When they arrive, they were properly secured with lots of extra packaging to make sure they were straight. Thank you.

It has been over a week since I ordered these parts. It should not take this long to get them. I have been doing business with you for many years, but will now consider options. I wished your company would have told me approximate time when parts will arrive. Not good business
