They actually called me before shipping overnight! Best thobe I've ever owned, period.
Some of the best customer service I've dealt with from any online store. I ordered during the last week of Ramadan and needed it fast, and Al Haya Fashion got it out on next-day air with no hassle. I couldn't decide between three sizes, so they let me order all three, waived the restocking fee, and paid for return shipping on the ones I sent back. They honored all of it. The part that surprised me was that someone called me before shipping just to confirm my sizing and colors. One shade I wanted had sold out, and rather than quietly sending a partial order, they rang me to figure it out. The size they suggested from my measurements fit exactly right. You don't get that kind of attention from many places these days.

⭐️☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. The website clearly advertises “free shipping for orders over $35,” which led me to believe there would be no additional costs. As a customer in Canada, there was no clear warning during checkout that I would be charged significant customs fees. After placing my order, I was contacted and told I had to pay $63 in customs fees — almost half the value of my purchase. This was completely unexpected and misleading. What’s even more frustrating is that the company claims to have an “easy return” and “14-day return policy.” However, when I refused the package due to these unexpected charges and requested a refund, it was denied — even though I never received or opened the item. Hiding important information like customs fees in a separate policy page is not transparent. The “free shipping” message should clearly specify that it only applies within the U.S. Overall, very misleading advertising and poor customer service. I would not recommend ordering internationally from this company.
