M2 Pro and the C1 Max purchase
I ordered the M2 Pro and the C1 Max as a package deal. Both bikes were delivered in less than 7 days and they were both securely packaged to prevent damage. However, after opening the M2 Pro, I found a couple of issues where damaged had occurred during shipping. I contacted customer service and within 7 days I had new pieces to replace the damaged pieces. Both bikes were assembled without issue and we took them camping the following week. Outside of some noisy disk brakes, we didn't have any issues with the bikes. The batteries hold a constant charge and so far have provided extensive mileage before needing recharged. The only reason i didn't give a five star rating is because the brake pads were relentless in providing constant noise while riding, even after being adjusted. I replaced those pads with a better quality pad and so far have no noise from the brakes/calipers. We're very happy with our purchase and I would recommend others to purchase as well.
