I had two zippers that needed repair and replacement. The one shell jacket she was able to fix while I waited. The other one was the zipper replacement, I had to come back for. Turn around time was very reasonable. Cost: Considering my other option was to throw away a nearly new coat and buy a new one, the cost of zipper replacement was very reasonable. Staff was extremely helpful and nice, explained everything very clearly what my options were for the two items I needed fixed, all around positive and pleasant experience, from start to finish. Coffee roaster in the building and a shop with unique, locally themed, outdoorsy, some locally made items for sale made waiting a very pleasant experience.

Adventure us were able to let me order from Scotland so that I could send my American daughter in law a gift from their shop in Washburn, Wisconsin. They were very friendly and efficient. Next time I am visiting Washburn I will definitely call in to say Hello. Jan

Real friendly and have repaired two rugged zippers now and they are better than the original zippers that came with the jacket. Oh, yeah, changed a zipper on a tent also.

Awesome! Awesome employees. Awesome customer service. Awesome responsiveness. Awesome repair. I took in a pair of hiking pants in need of a zipper replacement. I inquired about a quick turnaround as I needed these pants for vacation. They got it done same day for me. Awesome and amazing!❤️

Perfect gift for my Dad. He’s always going hiking and he comes back with scratches. The arm sleeve definitely comes in clutch for him!
