I have always had excellent purchases from Adorama!
I have been putting off purchasing a dielectric star diagonal for my telescope for a while. I saw that Adorama the item at a good price and as a customer of Adorama's for many years I knew they would deliver the product, packaged properly, as described and keep me updated on delivery.

I was disappointed to find a certain telescope Skywatcher Quattro 10 inch was on sale but the sales rep said they havent had this in stock for a few years. Why would you list it on the internet for sale and not have it in stock. Sales rep said its AI. I recieved my order and all is A+
