Found exactly what I was looking for
Found exactly what I was looking for. I’ve bought other testers from AAA in the past and they never disappoint. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 this time around is cause the coupon code wouldn’t apply even though it said it was still on.

They have a good variety of VOC meters. The staff at AAA testers is very knowledgeable. Got me setup in the right direction and the prices are solid. Def plan on reaching back out in the future.

Sales people know the equipment, easy to communicate
Was looking for a quad otdr without spending a fortune. The sales support specifically Dan was extremely helpful with getting me into something I could afford for an upcoming project. They are quick to follow up with any questions about my order and I will def reach back out when I am in the market for a new splicer.

Prices are great, good tech support

Very sketchy company
Following receiving a confirmation email for my order, I received an email telling me to send them a picture of the front and back of my credit card and a picture of my government issue ID. I said no. When I received the unit, the case is a cheap plastic box...not the Fluke soft case. The Fluke USB was missing, the disk that is supposed to be a Fluke CD is actually a cheap home-made cd. So be very careful ordering from this company. They are substituting factory original with compromise. As of 12/3/25, the company has reached out to apologize for the issues mentioned above. They sent me the correct Fluke case and stated they’ve taken corrective measures to make sure they aren’t requesting sensitive information be disclosed. I won’t go back, but maybe this will help someone.

AAA Testers
I purchased a FITEL FUSSION SPLICER s176 they advertised with battery,clever,case etc.When splicer arrived it didnt have spare battery ,Dan said it was mistake of theirs for advertising it with battey.Dan also said they would honor what they adverised.Dan located new battery from Hong Kong ordered it,took awhile to recieve it but as soon as Dan recieved it he called me got address to overnight battery to me.I recommend AAA testers and Dan is man of his word. Thanks, Ron in Illinois
