I worked with Jessica from ordering to delivery. She stayed on top of my order, even marked it as urgent it as I needed it ASAP. Arrived hours before my party started and the constant communication made me trust the company, sales person, and their whole process.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience purchasing my Mirror Photo Booth. Jessica provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. She was always responsive, patient, and did everything she could to help me, especially when there were shipping and delivery issues. She kept following up until everything was resolved and even provided helpful installation videos after delivery. Thank you, Jessica, for your professionalism and support. I’m excited to start using my mirror booth for my business!

Jessica helped me troubleshoot a problem with my first 360 when an employee decided to hold the arm instead of turning it off. The engine burnt out and Jessica helped me replace the parts and now is working again.

I wanted to leave a 5-star review for Jessica and recognize her exceptional customer service. She knew exactly when my product arrived and immediately reached out with recommendations for software to use. She even followed up with another text letting me know that if I needed anything else, she was available to help. I can honestly say I have never experienced that level of customer service from a company before. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure I was set up! If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would!

Screen is exactly as advertised
Screen is exactly as advertised. Shipping was quick. Customer service has been excellent. Highly recommend. I use a third party yodeck software for my controls. Had zero issues connecting the screen to my UniFi network and implementing the app. Prices can’t be beat. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again or recommend them. I was nervous at first, I’m not now. 5⭐️

Jessica is the BEST! Not only was the products 100% what we believed them to be working AMAZING! Every step of the ordering process, she was right there able and willing to assist. Tracking numbers were provided almost immediately. In addition, Jessica reached out to make sure we received the packages and ensure standard of quality was met. Good customer service helps when people are buying products.
I have been looking for a 360 and was really scared to get one for my entertainment business.I read the reviews and purchased it and Jessica guide me through the entire process.Scammers are real but with Jessica guidance and giving me details make the transitions smooth and me less worried about the product. Their warranty is deceptive
Their warranty is deceptive. It says 5 years but it's really only 1. Anything outside of the first year they don't cover. They sold me on the fact that it comes with a 5 year warranty but they do not honor it.

My experience was very smooth! I got my 360 photo booth so quick and it was easy to purchase. I really appreciate Jessica for keeping in touch and making sure I received my package! Jessica gave me recommendations on which apps to use as well which is greatly appreciated! Overall I was very pleased with my experience and love how Jessica was able to make sure everything went great!
