COMPANY USES THIS 17 TRACK NO GOOD FOR NOTHING. LEFT MY PACKAGE ON THE WRONG PEOPLE'S HANDS; NEVER GOT IT. WHEN U CALL THE COMPAY WHERE IS, THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT OR THEY DONT HELP FOR SHIT. COMPANY SUCKS. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GUYS USE THIS. PACKAGE SHOULD HAVE BEEN INSIDE MY BOX INSTEAD OF HANGING OUTSIDE OR GIVING IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. DON'T VERIFY N DONT GIVE A REFUND. SO I HAVE TO DISPUTE. THANKS FOR NOTHING

Terrible service , i was home when the status was updated to package delivered , no idea where they delivered or who ,no picture no proof no way to contact anyone , Report it to paypal for fraud

Scammers
I’ve got them for my tracking parcel. The tracking wasnt looking right, but they kept updating. The tracking was scam, they’re working with different shipping companies like FXYL etc…for good benefits. As a tracking company, they should see the tracking is not right, very well created by a scammer.

Fake website do not trust. The 2 fake scam websites that I bought from used them. The package never came. They are a scam like the fake sites.

My item has been stated as delivered but I have not received the item. There was no proof of delivery either. Im waiting on a response from the company but have not been successful

They were no help at all
They were no help at all. Their tracking number means nothing to the USPS so they (USPS) can't track the package but they never received the package at all depite 17Track's claim that it was delivered. Also, the fact that their correspondence includes bad grammar indicates that they barely even know the English language should be a clue about their poor service. Bottom line: They are useless.

Scam this company says my parcel had…
Scam this company says my parcel had been delivered which it's hasn't been tracking my parcel for 40 and on Monday this week it's had been delivered to the courier and they set time for delivery yesterday Wednesday it's on it way and I check the tracking this morning saying it been delivered which it's hasn't and i went back into the email and it's saying unknown parcel and tracking number not know so anyone's think before ordering any thing to be delivered by this company it's a scam and I have email the seller to see can get a refund and no reply back either this is my opinion with this company I be thinking twice before I part with cash that can't get the parcel delivered as says so I had to apologise to my granddaughter that her birthday present hadn't arrived because of this

The driver you use cant find my address…
The driver you use cant find my address and isnt delivering my parcel to my address. Ive has two parcels in two days not make it to me and it's the same driver for both. Im out of money on both parcels
