I love 10X Health! I ordered creatine this time and the only disappointing thing about it is that it’s only a 60 serving container! Will be ordering again soon! Thanks for making great supplements and I can trust and rely on!

It has been one week now and still waiting for word on where I can do my labs and what I can do to build my soft bones after surgery. The supplements arrived great and timely. They have made a great difference in my health. No more anxiety and gut seems healed.

Besides the ease of autoship. I just recently started working with a Functional Health Doctor and when she reviewed my supplements she had commented on the 10X Multivitamin. She stated that we were going to be making changes to my supplements BUT WE WOULD NOT STOP TAKING THE 10X Multivitamin. She claimed it is one of the absolute best on the market. I agree!

10x staff reached out immediately with apology and corrected problem shortly after learning of our situation detailed below: Auto Order was shipped a month later than should have been and we ran out. Had set up for our family of 3 to receive correct amounts Tried contacting to get shipped sooner but no response. Could only enter a note to the order but got no response to it. Product is great but customer support is non-existent. Not good when have one member of the family who has health challenges and any disruption to protocol has adverse effects.

Don't spend your money. It's very generic and seems to be the same report every one sees, you will not get new information. Save your money

I would not recommend 10X Methylation Genetic Testing based on my experience. It's now been 8 weeks since I mailed my sample, and I still haven't received my results. During that time, I've called three times and sent four emails trying to get an update. Instead of getting clear answers, I've experienced poor communication and customer service that came across as rude and dismissive. For a company providing genetic testing, I expected timely results and professional customer support. The lack of communication and long delays have been incredibly frustrating. If you're considering using this company, be aware that you may experience significant delays and difficulty getting help when you need it.

Great products, supplements; vitamins and tests but the portal needs to be an app because the log-in is a 5 minute ordeal… still the services are great.

I don’t think I was accurately diagnosed from the methylation test two of my genes were in the yellow you prescribed the 10 X optimize if I take too many I get diarrhea. I’ll go down to two. I get back pain so I can only take one a day so I don’t really think this is working at all.

I believe in the system and everything seems to be going fine except for I can’t understand why I get a two month supply of everything except for the TMD. I get a one month supply. Otherwise, everything is great.
