The quality and customer service # are good. However, they charge you more if you have already bought from them than if you are a new customer. Loyalty should be rewarded not punished.

I accidentally placed the same order twice, but 1 order was enough to get a $45 rebate. I returned one order and made 100% sure it was not the order associated with the rebate. When I hadn't received my rebate, I called to see what happened. They claim I returned the order associated with the rebate and refused to prove it. Watch out for the SCAM.

Contacts were shipped the same day they were, arriving 5 day before the excepted date. Free shipping! Also, cost was what was advertised "no hidden cost at check out". I will be ordering from 1-800 Contacts again for sure.

I love how they answer the phone quickly. The delivery is important to me because sometimes I decide to order at the last minute and can have my contacts right away. However, the packaging seems a little off, I may only order one box [set of 3 pair) they always come in such a large box.

Paid extra 20 dollars for next day delivery but they were still late and did not arrive next day. Reached out about maybe getting a partial refund but never received an answer. Disappointed my experience was lacking when the reviews seem to be good.

I've been ordering my soft contact lenses for years ever since I discovered 1-800-CONTACTS in 2003. Whenever I call, I'm always helped promptly. All of my questions are answered in full. Delivery service is usually 10-12 business days, and my packaged are always in top condition. I recommend this company to anyone who wears contact lenses.

Sent me two orders of contacts after I canceled before they were sent. Charged my credit card and now tell me can take up to 10 days for refund. That is not acceptable. This was my first time and my last time ordering. And my contacts would have been cheaper through my drs office Ce.
